CURRENCY
All payments are made in U.S. Dollars OR In current exchange value of other convertible currency. Payments by VISA and MASTERCARDS may be made in local currency of Swedish/Norwegian/Danish Kroner, Sterling Pound, EURO, Japanese Yen,  Hong Kong, Australian, Canadian and NewZeland Dollars.

JURISDICTION
All transactions are subjected to jamnagar (GUJARAT), India jurisdictions.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
We ensure that the return and refund situations doesnot arise and ensure customer satisfaction.
It is not possible to follow an open refund /return policy as all outfits are custom-made.
However, genuine problems may arise and exchange of outfit for another piece of the same outfit can be undertaken under folowing circumstances only:

* The order is found defective on receipt due to our fault/ damage in transit.
* DMI India must be informed of any defect/damage wtihin 3 days of receipt.
* The products will be exchanged without any extra cost, once the sold piece is recieved back.
* All shipping costs for return of the garment to ourselves must be bourne by the customer.
* The substituted piece may differ slightly from the original in color and/or prints due to fast changing fashions.
* One outfit cannot be exchanged for anything apart from another of the same.
